Can I use my own voter file?
Yes — import it once and every tool cuts from it, de-duped automatically. It stays yours and exports anytime.
Does Renegade actually send my texts and emails?
Yes. Email sends through managed infrastructure with one-click unsubscribe and automatic suppression. For texting, your committee completes a one-time carrier verification (Campaign Verify + 10DLC) — Renegade is a registered 10DLC platform and typically gets committees verified in days, not weeks. Then blast SMS, photo MMS, GIFs, and video texts.
Can volunteers use it?
Yes — volunteers get their own console limited to texting, calling and doors, enforced on the server, not just hidden in the interface.
Does it replace VAN?
It consolidates the voter CRM, targeting, field, and communications work campaigns usually spread across several vendors. Where a workflow isn't ready, we say so on the platform page.
Which AI models do I get?
Five frontier models — Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and DeepSeek. Operative chats with Claude; Kitchen Cabinet adds the model picker; War Cabinet convenes all five on one question. DeepSeek (China-based) is off unless you explicitly opt in.
What happens to my campaign data?
It's yours. Row-level security keeps every account limited to its own data — enforced at the data layer and tested against production every 4 hours. We don't sell it and we don't share it across campaigns.
Can a local campaign afford this?
Plans start at $500/month, month to month — less than most consultants bill for a week.
What does it actually cost to send texts and email?
Messaging is billed separately from your plan, at the same flat rates on every tier: 2¢ per SMS segment, 10¢ per photo MMS, 15¢ per video text — the same whether you send it yourself or our team runs the send. Email is a monthly tier by list size, from $25/mo at 500 contacts to $425/mo at 50,000. You pay for what you send, and the composer shows the cost before it goes out.
Do you build our campaign website too?
Yes. Pick one of 20 designer templates and our team brands it to your campaign, wires the signup forms into your CRM, and hosts it — included with Kitchen Cabinet and War Cabinet. Every signup lands on the same voter record your field and texting programs use.
Can volunteers knock doors with this?
Yes — the walk app runs on their phone: cut turf on a live map, assign walk lists, and log door results, with race-safe batching so two volunteers never work the same door. Knock in a dead zone and results save on the device, then sync when they are back on signal.
